Create an Account

Creating a Soppiya account is the first step to managing your stores, accessing Soppiya apps, and configuring your profile settings. Follow the steps below to register successfully.

What Is Account Creation?

Account Creation establishes your unique identity on the Soppiya platform. A single account gives you access to multiple stores, the partner dashboard, and the Soppiya community.

One Account, Many Stores

You do not need a new account for every store you open. You can create or be invited to unlimited stores using a single email address.


Quick Start Guide

To create an account in under 2 minutes:

  1. Enter Email — Go to accounts.soppiya.com and type your email
  2. Fill Details — Enter your name and choose a strong password
  3. Confirm — Click "Create" to generate your account
  4. Verify — Check your inbox and click the verification link immediately

Step 1: Enter Email to Check Availability

Soppiya uses a single entry point for both logging in and signing up.

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Soppiya Login page.
  2. You will see the Welcome back screen.
  3. In the "Email" field, enter your valid email address.
  4. Click the Continue with email button.

System Check: The system will check if an account already exists. If the email is new, you will be automatically redirected to the Create an account page.


Step 2: Provide Personal Details

On the Create an account page, complete the registration form. Your email address will be pre-filled and uneditable at this stage.

  1. First name: Enter your first name.

  2. Last name: Enter your last name.

  3. Password: Create a strong and secure password.

    • Tip: Click the Eye icon inside the password field to view your characters.

    Recommended Password Criteria:

    • At least 8 characters in length
    • Mix of uppercase (A–Z) and lowercase (a–z) letters
    • Includes numbers (0–9) and special characters (e.g., ! @ # $)

Step 3: Complete Registration

  1. Review your details to ensure accuracy.
    • Note: If you need to change the email address, click the Change email button next to the email field.
  2. Click the black Create button.
  3. The system will process your information. Upon success, you will be redirected to your dashboard.

Post-Registration & Profile Setup

After creating your account, you will land on the Profile Basics page. It is highly recommended to complete the following immediate actions:

  1. Verify Your Email:
    You will see an alert message at the top of the profile: "You may loose account access Verify email now!".

    • Click Verify email now! and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to secure your account.
  2. Manage Profile:
    From this dashboard, you can:

    • Update your First Name and Last Name.
    • Upload or change your Profile Picture (click the Edit button under your avatar).
    • Access Security and PassKeys settings via the left-hand sidebar.

Scenario: Sarah wants to start selling handmade jewelry.

Setup:

  • Email: sarah@sparklejewelry.com (Professional business email)
  • Password: A strong passphrase generated by her password manager
  • Profile: Sarah uploads her professional headshot so her support staff recognize her

Troubleshooting

"Email already exists" error

Possible causes:

  • You already created an account with this email in the past

Solution:

  1. Go back to the login page
  2. Log in with your password instead
  3. If you forgot the password, click Forgot password? to reset it
I didn't receive the verification email

Possible causes:

  • Typo in email address
  • Spam filter

Solution:

  1. Check Spam/Junk folder
  2. Verify the email spelling on your profile page
  3. Click Resend verification email
