Profile Management
The Profile Management section allows you to manage your account settings, including personal details, preferences, security, and authentication methods. Keeping your profile updated ensures a smoother experience across the Soppiya platform.
After logging into your Soppiya account, you will find the configuration menu in the left sidebar. From here, you can access:
- Basics – Manage your name, avatar, and view email status.
- Preferences – Set interface language and local timezone.
Profile Basics
The Basics section appears automatically after login. Here you can update your public profile details.
** Important: Verify Your Email**
If you see a notification at the top of the page stating:
"You may loose account access Verify email now!"
Please click the blue Verify email now! link immediately to secure your account.
Steps to Update Profile Basics
- Navigate to Basics in the sidebar.
- Update Name: Click into the First Name or Last Name fields to type your changes.
- Update Avatar: Locate the profile picture square (e.g., showing your initials like "SH") on the right side.
- Click the Edit button located directly beneath the avatar to upload a new image.
- Click the Save button at the bottom to apply your changes.
Profile Preferences
The Preferences section allows you to customize how the Soppiya dashboard looks and functions for you personally.
Note: These settings do not affect how your customers see your store. They only change your personal dashboard experience.
Available Settings
- Language: Choose your preferred interface language (e.g., English).
- Timezone: Set your local timezone (e.g., Asia/Dhaka) to ensure order times and logs appear correctly for your location.
Steps to Update Preferences
- Click Preferences in the left sidebar.
- Click the Language dropdown to select your language.
- Click the Timezone dropdown to search for and select your current location.
- Click the Save button to confirm the update.
